No personal information registered at Togcenter is at any time transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at Togcenter.

In connection with any electronic payment uses a secure encrypted method through the Webshop system. It is an approved provider with approval from the E-mark.

The shop system uses so-called cookies to manage the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the name for a file that is saved on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your own address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later stage, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, this is done, for example, via the "Functions" menu and the "Internet settings" menu item.

During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The "contract" itself (purchase agreement) is not stored at Togcenter in a way that allows you to log in later and see/change the status.

In addition, we register the IP address from which purchase is made. The information is normally of no use, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All fake orders are reported to the police!

Delivery:
Togcenter ensures delivery to the recipient on the same or next day, unless otherwise requested in the order. Delivery takes place with Postnord (unless otherwise stated). However, timely delivery requires Postnord to comply with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at Postnord, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Postnord's quality target for delivery reliability is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Note, however, that these percentages are averages, and may cover large local and time-limited variations. Togcentert cannot be held responsible for delays at Postnord.

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by Postnord's goal of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas can in some cases take several days. Togcenter is always based on day-to-day delivery. As a sender, you may choose the delivery date one day earlier to compensate for this.

Right of complaint:
Togcenter provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about faults and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to Togcenter within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. crediting.

Goods are also returned to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing the item over personally to us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which any refund can be made, copy of any prior correspondence etc.

Refund
In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and Togcenter therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed without further ado. email or other traditional form of correspondence.

Right of withdrawal:
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. When the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days, but not the cost of shipping the items.
